A great machine for anyone from beginners to trained athletes, the Schwinn Windrigger Rowing Machine uses exceptional air-flow resistance technology to match resistance to your effort level. An excellent training tool for rowers of all levels, the Windriggers Regatta mode simulates a race and challenges you to beat the program. The Windriggers unique two-position rail elevation system converts from a balanced upper- and lower-body workout to specifically target muscles in your abdominals and hamstrings. Monitor requires two AA batteries.
Monitor – LCD display provides feedback on time, distance, calories, optional heart rate, watts, speed, and stroke weight. Includes four pre-set programs: Intervals, Pyramid, and the unique Real Racing and Regatta, in which you pit yourself against competitive rowing times.
Handle – Smooth belt-drive system with clutch allows for forward and reverse motion. Handle-return springs have been tested on over 2 million rowing cycles
Padded Seat – The padded seat is designed with channels for airflow and grip, keeping you cool while you row.
Adjustable Footrest – Adjustable foot plates accommodate a variety of users. Nylon straps keep feet securely positioned.
