This is NordickTrack’s version of the Concept two rower. Not only does this machine do cardiovascular conditioning it is also a strength conditioning machine that allows you to set leg and or arm resistance from light to intense simply by turning a dial for each one. The seat is designed with a small lower back support to minimize back stress and has a firmly cushioned seating area. Foot pads are adjustable and there is a digital display for monitoring calories burned, time, distance and speed. The unit measures ~7′ from stem to stern, is only 15″ wide, is 22″ to the top of the seat back support and has two wheel in front for easy maneuvering. Asking $250.00. Thanks for looking.
